CHIA & HEMP SEED PORRIDGE
¾ milk of your choice
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla bean extract with seeds
1 teaspoon honey
Place all ingredients into a small pot, bring to a simmer and continue to simmer for approximately 5-6 minutes or until thickened to your liking.
Serve with natural rice puffs, raspberries, Greek yogurt, hulled hemp seeds, cinnamon powder and a drizzle of honey.
