CORN PUFF NUTS AND BOLTS

Ingredients

2 cups natural corn puffs – Abundant Earth brand

1 cup unsalted mixed nuts

2 teaspoons salt-reduced chicken stock powder

¼ or ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper – depending how spicy you prefer

1 teaspoon curry powder

¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

 

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix together until well combined. Then place on the prepared baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown in colour.
