BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Serves 2

Ingredients

¾ cup whole rolled oats (not quick oats)

1 frozen banana, skin removed, roughly chopped

½ cup Greek yogurt, full fat

¼ cup apple juice, no added sugar

½ cup milk

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 teaspoon natural honey

1 tablespoon almond meal

Directions

Place oats into a blender and blend to a fine consistency. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
