RASPBERRY VANILLA OVERNIGHT OATS

Serves 1

Ingredients

¼ cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats

⅓ cup milk

¼ cup Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon chia seeds

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon honey

¼ to ⅓ cup raspberries 

Variations: Add ½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon cacoa powder and/or 2 teaspoons hulled hemp seeds.

Directions

Place all ingredients, except raspberries into a 1 cup jar. Put the lid on jar and shake until combined. Remove lid, add raspberries and stir until mixed throughout. Return the lid and refrigerate overnight or as long as 2-3 days.

Add more milk if you prefer your mixture less thick.
