Ingredients

⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt

⅓ cup whole rolled oats (not quick oats)

½ red apple grated

2 tablespoons mixed berries

½ teaspoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds

1 teaspoon sunflower seeds

½ teaspoon hulled hemp seeds

Directions

Place all ingredients in a deep mug or bowl.
