CRISPY CHICKPEAS

Ingredients

400 gram can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

1 teaspoon (Metric) Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Preheat the oven to 220°C (430ºF).

Place drained and rinsed chickpeas onto paper towel or tea towel and pat dry.

Mix chickpeas and oil together and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle lightly with Cajun seasoning.
