CHIA PUDDING – 5 WAYS

Serves 1

Ingredients

½ cup milk of choice

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 ½ teaspoons natural honey or maple syrup

Vanilla Pudding

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence to ingredients

Chocolate Pudding

Add ½ teaspoon cacoa or cocoa to ingredients

Berry Pudding

Add ½ cup berries of choice (e.g. blueberries, blackberries or raspberries) to ingredients

Peanut Butter Pudding

Add 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter (no added salt, sugar or oil) to ingredients

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding

Add ½ teaspoon cacoa or cocoa and 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter to ingredients

Directions

Put all ingredients in a bowl or jar and mix until combined.

Store in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
