My name is Julie Nicolaides and I am an Accredited Clinical Nutritionist. I have always had an immense passion for nutrition and how its connection with food plays the important role of achieving optimal health and wellness. My journey into nutrition began when I started competing in local triathlons. I have always wanted to know the ‘why’ behind the food I ate ever since I was a young child. So...in my ever curious nature I always wanted to know whether the food I was eating was going to fuel my body, and give me the energy I needed for triathlon training and competitions.

I began full-time study when my youngest child was nearing the end of her secondary schooling. I felt it was now time to achieve my goal of completing and graduating with an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine. Though challenging at times, I seriously considered not completing my studies...but my desire to educate people about nutrition nudged me to the finish line.

Another passion I have is for cooking...so I decided I would use this passion to educate and empower my clients. My aim is to show clients that wholefoods don’t have to be bland and boring, but instead can be made exciting and delicious. Through nutrition education, and guided cooking classes I help to break down barriers associated with food planning, preparation and cooking - allowing for a sustainable way of eating. After all, enjoyment of food is one of life’s greatest pleasures!

And lastly, my vision is to have you saying, “This is easy, this is fun, this is empowering”…about nutrition.

I am here to guide you on your health journey.
