My name is Julie Nicolaides. 

As an Accredited Clinical Nutritionist, I have always had an immense passion for nutrition, food and cooking, to achieve optimal health and wellness. 

My goal is to have you say that cooking, eating nourishing foods, (and hence achieving & maintaining your optimal health!) is easy, fun and empowering. And I am here to help you get there.  

As a child I wanted to know the ‘why’ behind the food I was eating, but my real journey into understanding nutrition began when I started competing in triathlons. I wanted to know whether the food I was eating was going to fuel my body and give me the energy needed for triathlon training and competitions. 

As my youngest child was nearing the end of her secondary schooling, I took this desire to understand nutrition a step further and began studying the subject full time, graduating with an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine. It was a challenge, but my appetite to help and educate people about the benefits of eating well nudged me to the finish line. 

Through nutrition consultations, programs and guided cooking classes I will help you to break down barriers associated with food planning, preparation and cooking, so that you become your healthiest self and find a sustainable way of eating, once and for all.

I will show you that wholefoods aren’t bland and boring. They can be made to be exciting and delicious! After all, enjoyment of food is one of life’s greatest pleasures!
